When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

• Shop Data: We collect your shop's name, email, and myshopify.com domain to create your account and bill you for our services.
• Usage Data: We may collect information about how you interact with our app dashboard.

We do not collect personal information from your store's customers.

We use the personal information we collect from you and your customers in order to provide the Service and to operate the App.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. If you uninstall the App, your shop data (banner rules) is removed from our active database.
